1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Circuit Timer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Circuit Timer is an iOS application that enables you to create and run custom interval training circuits with configurable alarms, voice countdown, Live Activities, and Apple Health integration. The App stores your data locally and optionally syncs via your personal iCloud account.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Circuit Timer on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.
These Terms of Service supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which also applies to your use of Circuit Timer. In the event of a conflict, Apple's terms shall prevail.
4. Purchase and Payment
Circuit Timer is a free download on the App Store with an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional features. All payments are processed through the App Store. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
5. Health Data
Circuit Timer can optionally write workout data to Apple Health. This feature requires your explicit permission and can be disabled at any time. We do not read your health data. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of workout data saved to Health.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
CIRCUIT TIMER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Circuit Timer is a timing tool. It is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice. You exercise at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF CIRCUIT TIMER.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Circuit Timer is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Circuit Timer does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time. We may also modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using Circuit Timer at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
